SILICONE SPRAY
Silicone Spray is a fat-free lubricant, protective and parting agent as well as conditioner for plastics, wood, rubber and metals. Clean lubricating film that is not hardening. High resistance to temperatures up to 250°C in closed systems and up to 150°C in contact with air. At temperatures above 150°C the viscosity changes because of oxidation. Protects from oxidation and corrosion and is water-repellent.

Zwaluw FP® Silicone Sealant has been specially developed for fire resistant sealing of connection and expansion joints in constructions, and should have a certain fire resistance in case of fire. Prevents the expansion fire, smoke or toxic gases. Fire resistance tested according to EN 1366-4 up to 180 minutes in a gap of 30 mm wide. Combined with Zwaluw FP® PU Foam up to 180 minutes in a gap of 40 mm wide. Ensure that you choose the correct fire resistance for your application by consulting the classification and test reports.

APPLICATION AREAS
Zwaluw Fix-O-Chem has been specially developed for heavy-duty chemical anchoring of threaded rods, bolts and screws into both solid based as well as hollow substrates as concrete, aerated concrete, lightweight concrete, masonry and stone used in indoor and outdoor applications, vertically and horizontally. Zwaluw Fix-O-Chem can be used throughout the entire recommended period of use simply by replacing the application nozzle and securely closing the cartridge cover.

APPLICATION AREAS
Zwaluw Hybrifix® has been specially developed as a universal sealant for durable elastic sealing of connection joints and joints in pedestrian walkways in building and industry. For expansion joints Den Braven recommends Zwaluw Hybriseal Façade or Zwaluw Hybriseal 2PS. Universal construction adhesive for bonding many building materials such as: stone, concrete, glass, plasterboard, PU, PVC, hard plastics, enamel, ceramic, copper, lead, zinc, aluminium, metals, alloys, stainless steel, HPL and cement fibre panels(1), wood and paint systems. For sealing and bonding in cold storage cells and areas for food.

APPLICATION AREAS
Zwaluw Silicone-N has been specially developed for durable elastic sealing of connection and expansion joints in concrete, brickwork, curtain wall constructions and weather sealing(1). Suitable for sealing PMMA and PC sheet material.

Zwaluw IG Glasseal has been specially developed for secundary
edge sealing of insulation glass. For the production of insulating
glass a primary seal of polyisobutylene (PIB) must be used in
combination with a spacer bar with soldered, welded or with butyl
injected corners. In general, the product adheres excellently without
primer to glass. Before applying, remove any coating present on the
bonding surfaces of the glass.

Primer 250
Primer-250 is a polyurethane and solvent based adhesion promotor and reinforcer of porous surfaces for the application of polyurethane sealants. Primer-250 is used to reinforce dusty and porous substrates and to improve the adhesion of polyurethane sealants to most substrates.
Applications
Primer-250 can be used as an adhesion promotor and reinforcer of porous ssubstrates like masonry, natural stone and concrete, metals, glass, aluminium and many plastics.
Surface Preparations and Finishing
Before using the Primer-250 refer to the Health & Safety Sheet. All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other loose material. Thoroughly cleaning by using a Cleaner and two cloth. Contact Den Braven for a proper recommendation. Clean brush immediately with MEK Cleaner. Clean hands with Handclean. Saturate porous substrates and apply only a thin film on non porous substrates.
Cleaning
Surfaces, material and tools can be cleaned by using Cleaner (PDS 7.82).
PRIMER U12
2K adhesion promoter for sealants to porous substrates
Zwaluw Primer U12 is a 2 component epoxy based adhesion promoter for neutral silicone and hybrid sealants to porous substrates.

Zwaluw Tixoplast® was developed as an adhesive for bituminous roofing and insulation panels (not of polystyrene), weatherproof sealing of joints, eaves, gutters, skylights, chimneys, etc. Zwaluw Tixoplast® can also be used as sealing for leaks, emergency repairs even in wet weather. FP PU FOAM
Zwaluw FP PU Foam is a 1-component, fire resistant polyurethane foam. Can be applied by hand or gun. Zwaluw FP PU Foam offers a fire resistance up to 120 minutes. Combined with other FP products up to 4 hours! The canisters Zwaluw FP PU Foam are equipped with an adaptor to accurately apply the foam by hand, or with a connector to apply the foam with a professional PU-gun. Professional polyurethane fill and fix foam with a structure of fine cells. High thermic and acoustic insulation. Offers good fire resistance and excellent bonding. Can be cut after curing.

Zwaluw FP PU-Foam has been specially developed for fire resistant
sealing and filling of joints and seams in certain areas where fire
resistance is required. Fire resistance tested according to EN 1366-4

Silicone Sealant until 180 minutes in a 40 mm wide gap. Ensure that
you choose the correct fire resistance for your application by

COMPRESS BAND BG1
Impregnated polyurethane foam joint sealing tape
Zwaluw Compress Band BG1 is an impregnated pre-compressed polyurethane foam joint sealing tape with soft foam with acrylate dispersion impregnation, accessory agents and filling agents. Zwaluw Compress Band BG1 is a one sided adhesive. After application the pre-compressed tape will expand slowly to fill the joint. At a compression of at least 30% of the maximum width the impregnated foam is watertight against driving rain up to 600 Pa.

Zwaluw Compress Band BG1 can be put to universal use for the sealing of joints in structural engineering. The preferred areas of use are window construction, wood construction, prefabricated construction and masonry, framework construction and concrete construction. Zwaluw Compress Band BG1 provides advantages when it comes to sealing connection joints and expansion joints between various building components, and when sealing foils in roof extensions, so they are windproof. Zwaluw Compress Band BG1 is specifically used in interior work for sealing connection joints due to its good sound insulation values. Proby PU2 Foam is a one component insulation and construction foam
developed to make a seal between construction parts. Proby PU2 Foam

Proby PU2 Foam can be used in joints between separation walls,
ceilings and floors. Perimeter joints around window and doorframes. In

Directions of Use

Surface Preparations and Finishing
Surfaces must be sound, clean, free of oil and grease. Surfaces
moisten slightly (spray) using a spray bottle. In cold temperatures, the
foam at least one hour before use in warm to room temperature.
Remove the cap and screw the spray nozzle onto the connector on top
of the canister. Shake the can vigorously before use (at least 20 times).
Protect eyes and wear gloves and working clothes. Tapestry,
floor-covering and furniture to be covered with paper or plastic foil.
Fresh foam can be removed directly with Universal PU-Cleaner. After
curing the surplus of the foam can be removed with a knife or spatula
and the foam surface can be worked off.

Super fast transparent polyurethane adhesive
Montagefix 580 is a clear, fast curing pasty (thixotropic) polyurethane adhesive suitable for vertical application. The adhesive cures in response to the moisture of the substrate and the environment and forms a strong, durable and water resistant connection. The adhesive has excellent filling properties, as a result of which the product foams slightly during curing, depending on the moisture content of the carrier.

FP INTUMESCENT ACRYLIC
Strongly intumescent fire resistant sealant
Zwaluw FP Intumescent Acrylic is a vastly expanding sealant in case of fire and/or radiation heat, for creating fire-resistant seals. It is part of the Zwaluw FireProtect® FP Sealing System. This system is ideal for creating fire resistant seals in (empty) recesses and around cables, pipes and cable trays.
